Ruben
G Garza
Mr. Garza is the Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of GMI and is also one of the three original principals of
the company he co-founded in 1971. In addition to his management
responsibilities, he has been involved in physical surveys,
biological assessments, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) or
NEPA-related projects, and engineering studies/assessments as
project manager. He has been responsible for the development of
computer processing techniques for environmental data analysis. This
includes software programs for processing of the thermal and
dissolved oxygen information, database development, and operation
and statistical treatment of ecological data using advanced computer
processing techniques. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso
with a BS degree in physics.

Mary
Alice Garza
Ms. Garza has experience in contracting to all
branches of the federal government, state and local governments, and
commercial organizations. Experience encompasses compliance with
applicable federal, DOD, and other regulations and policies, as well
as meeting terms and conditions on other types of contract
agreements. Ms. Garza works with purchasing, supporting GMI’s
government contract needs, including procurement from
subcontractors, estimating systems, and ensuring the adequacy of
proposals. Relevant GMI experience includes oversight of
contracting, subcontracting, purchasing and other administrative
functions. GMI holds environmental assessment and remediation
contracts with over 100 military, civil, and commercial
organizations, including the AFCEE; Naval Facilities Engineering
Command, Atlantic Division; GSA; and the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Fort Worth and Vicksburg Districts. As a contract
negotiator, she is involved in analysis, proposal development,
costing, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with
the terms and conditions and statements of work, including fixed and
cost contracts with the Air Force, Navy, Army and other federal
agencies. She serves as assistant Facility Security Officer and
supports administrative areas including contracts management,
subcontracts administration, human resources, insurance
administration, financial oversight, and corporate strategic
planning.

Richard
L. White
Dick White has been actively engaged in environmental work
throughout his career. As Vice President of Environmental Services
for TXU, he was responsible for coordination of environmental
policies, procedures and programs, long range environmental
planning, and environmental legislative/regulatory activities. Since
his retirement from TXU in 1999, he has remained active in the
environmental community, consulting and teaching for the Department
of Interior's Office of Surface Mining. He serves on advisory
councils on environmental sciences curricula for two universities.
He has been honored by Shikar-Safari International as
Conservationist of the Year, by Texas A&M for his support of
department programs, by the University of Texas at Arlington as a
Friend of Education, and by the Texas Regional Collaborative for
Excellence in Science Teaching for his efforts in fostering
environmental education.

John W. Wroten, Jr.
John Wroten, Jr. is Chairman of the Military Academy Selection
Board for Congressman Sam Johnson, and Chairman of the Board of
Trustees for Presbyterian Hospital of Allen. He is also on the Board
of Directors for the North Central Texas Workforce Development
Board, the Texas Workforce Investment Council, Hendrick Academy of
Honor Scholarship Foundation, and the National Cowboy & Western
Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. Mr. Wroten enjoyed a distinguished
career with Electronic Data Systems Corporation from 1969 through
2005. As Corporate Vice President, Group Executive - Corporate
Administration, he was responsible for corporate real estate,
employee administration, security, travel services and aviation. In
1995, he was named Citizen of the Year by the Plano Chamber of
Commerce.
