Geo-Marine merges with Applied Research Associates

PLANO, TEXAS (July 20, 2009)

Effective July 17, 2009, Geo-Marine, Inc. has been acquired through merger by Applied Research Associates, Inc. and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of ARA. GMI’s management team and technical staff will remain in place and GMI will continue to provide quality and cost-competitive services to clients, as we have in the past. We will continue to operate under the name Geo-Marine.
