Ocean/Wind Power Ecological Baseline Studies

Interested Party Group Meeting

PLANO, TEXAS (February 3, 2009)

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will be conducting their third informational meeting for the Ocean/Wind Power Ecological Baseline Studies for the waters off the coast of New Jersey. The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2009, from 9:30 AM to Noon in the Public Hearing Room, 401 E. State Street, Trenton and will provide an overview of the first year of data from the Interim Report. Speakers will include personnel from the NJDEP, as well as Geo-Marine personnel that are conducting these baseline studies involving birds, marine mammals and sea turtles.
